WHAT IS AGAVE NECTAR?

Agave Nectar is made from extract of the blue agave cactus and harvested by tapping the plant similar to maple syrup.
This method has been used for hundreds of years.
Agave offers the enzymatic action of complex sugars
with a relatively low glycemic index (14)
due to the higher proportion of fructose (90%)
and lower levels of glucose (10%).
Agave is high in purity and stable in composition
making it easy to store with a long, stable shelf life.
